The company was founded in 1989 by Jesúz Ruiz Galán, as a familiar company. The beginnings of the founder go back at the age of 14 when he began to work as apprentice in Viriato Gómez Lozano's Company, managing to hold, with the passing of the years and in proportion to the company's growth, the positions of general manager and responsible for the design area (70's), when the company had more than 100 workers. He wanted to launch his business career by himself and created what we nowadays know as Ruarte, s.l. In this first stage the company had only 4 workers and a building of 1000 m2 that was dedicated to the manufacture, finished and storage of the furniture. At this time he continues making decorations for hotels, restaurants and making handmade furniture, for Spain and abroad. At the same time he exported to Switzerland obtaining therefore market quotas elevated enough, for that reason the facilities are extended counting already with a building of 3000 m2 and 15 workers, with these new facilities he began to open new markets. In 1995 the markets are extended abroad in order to become known outside Spain. It is at this time when the company begins to grow rapidly and by the end of the 90's it is created the neccesity of extending again the facilities. A new factory is made with modern facilities, but without losing our essential handmade in the manufacture of our craftsmen products. It is neccesary to visit many national and international fairs. In 2000 our success continues growing receiving the Innovation Award, by AFAMID, award that is given for having been able to mix the handmade proccess along with the modern tendencies in the manufacture of our furniture, in order to cover a more international market. Nowadays we are working with decorators, architects and promotors for the decoration of Hotel-Contract, homes, shops, restaurants, etc, and continue with our personal touch and the satisfactions that our clients' recognition give us. In this brochure we present some of our instalations as an example of what we do.
